Dr Sanjay Bhasin, an accredited senior Lean/Continuous improvement (CI) practitioner, with experience of industrial, education and public sectors. Present position is the Head of Continuous Improvement for the National Probation Service. He obtained his PhD in Lean from Aston University. Author of various articles in reputable journals alongside two books.
