Synopsis: Renault-Nissan Consulting has been supporting manufacturing within the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance, the associated supply chain and other external clients for nearly 30 years, helping embed process excellence by using continuous improvement, lean and six sigma methodologies. Whilst technology is important, the key to success is ensuring efficient processes with continuous improvement and lean in mind and to focus on Design for Assembly and Design for Manufacturing principles.
